Andrzej Baturo was one of the most outstanding representatives of Polish reportage and documentary photography. For his photographic achievements, he received numerous awards and honors, and his works were published in prestigious magazines and exhibited both in Poland and abroad.
A VISIONARY AND ORGANIZER
In addition to his artistic activity, Andrzej Baturo was renowned as an exceptional organizer of photographic life in Poland. He was a co-founder of the Foto Art Festival and B&B Gallery in Bielsko-Biała. The festival quickly became one of the most important photographic events in the country, attracting artists from around the world. The B&B Gallery, in turn, created a space for young talents and established creators, promoting photographic art at the highest level.
