You will meet representatives of the renowned publishing house BlowUpPress. Founded in 2012, it is a family project by two photography enthusiasts. Initially, it focused on publishing online photography magazines (“doc! photo magazine” and “contra doc!”), before fully transitioning to print in 2016. Books bearing the distinctive letter B on their spine have gained recognition among readers and critics worldwide and have been awarded at prestigious photography and art book competitions. BlowUpPress collaborates with emerging and established photographers from around the globe. Throughout the year, their black-and-gray booth can be found at major national and international book and photography events. Since 2020, BlowUpPress has also organized the BUP Book Award competition, where the main prize is transforming a photographic project into a book format and publishing it.

unContemporary is a Katowice-based foundation supporting art and visual education, and a publisher of photography publications, including the latest album by Iwona Germanek – “Pink Does Not Exist.”
