EVERYDAY LIFE PHOTOGRAPHY

FOR WHOM:
Youth aged 12-16 interested in photographing everyday life.
Together with the master, we will reflect on the concept/idea, discuss the technical and substantive aspects of the photos, which participants will create independently, and then jointly analyze and discuss the results as a group.
WHAT TO BRING:
Any camera (a phone camera is acceptable), laptop, USB flash drive.

ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Recipient of numerous awards, including the 6 Mois Prix de Photojournalisme and LensCulture in 2020, the Philip Jones Griffiths Award in 2018, as well as the Sony World Photo Awards and Nannen Preis in 2017. In the same year, he received an honorable mention in the UNICEF Photo of the Year competition, which he was honored with again in 2021.
His work has been published in Stern, Die Zeit, The Guardian, Le Monde, The Washington Post, Greenpeace Magazin, Amnesty Journal, Neue Zürcher Zeitung, and many other respected media outlets.
In 2019, his first photography book, Wee Muckers, was published by Kehrer Verlag.
