This video showcases the “Plastic Treasure” project in Bangladesh: plastic recycling in Dhaka is a significant environmental effort. Residents play a key role in collecting, sorting, and selling plastic to recycling plants, helping to reduce plastic pollution and generate income, while non-governmental organizations promote awareness and education about plastic recycling.
This documentary profiles the distinguished Czech photographer Viktor Kolář, whose work has for years focused on documenting his native Ostrava. His work has been exhibited in prestigious galleries around the world – from New York and San Francisco to Paris, London, and Lausanne. He is a recipient of awards including the Mother Jones Foundation Award, a professor of photography in Prague, and above all, an artist whose images have become a testament to history and social change.
