Street Photography in Practice.
Editing isn’t a technical addition, but the foundation of photography. In an age of image overload, a photographer stands out not only for capturing the moment, but also for the ability to choose what truly matters. It’s editing that transforms individual frames into a coherent story – it creates rhythm, sequence, and meaning, allowing a few photographs to say more than hundreds. It also encompasses subtle adjustments to tone, color, and framing that don’t distort reality but emphasize intentions and guide the viewer’s gaze. A critical look at your own photos becomes a lesson in self-development – it allows you to recognize habits, strengths, and weaknesses, and over time, it makes you a more self-aware photographer. In essence, editing is the art of seeing more clearly – what’s worth showing and what’s better left out.

Together, we explore early signs of burnout, strategies for prevention, and ways to navigate financial, bureaucratic, and social pressures while staying connected to the joy of artistic work. Through discussion, somatic awareness exercises, experiential learning, and peer exchange, participants gain concrete tools for balancing passion with sustainability.
